Position Overview

As a Simulation Consultant, your mission will be to develop high-impact simulation models that address the challenges faced by world-class organizations. This role is ideal for experienced engineers with a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep interest in simulation.

You will directly contribute to SimWell’s continued success by solving real business problems and enhancing operational performance for our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties (include but not limited to)

· Deliver Simulation Modeling Projects

· Gather client requirements and produce detailed functional specifications using SimWell’s Simulation Methodology

· Design and develop and validate simulation models

· Collaborate with peers to review and verify models

· Analyze model outputs and present actionable insights to clients

· Deliver client training and ongoing support

· Represent SimWell at conferences and commercial events

· Support pre-sales activities as a simulation software expert (e.g., demos, technical documents, proof-of concept models)

Minimum Requirements

· 3+ years of experience building simulation models with AnyLogic

· Proven experience delivering simulation projects

· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, or similar field

· Proficiency in Python

· A flexible, collaborative teammate comfortable working in a team oriented, fast paced, virtual environment

· Effective and strong problem-solving skills

· Experience in data science and artificial intelligence (not required, but a major plus)

· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
