Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring passenger satisfaction.
• Coordinate with airline and airport staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and individuals with disabilities.
• Monitor and manage passenger flow in high-traffic areas to ensure efficiency and security.
• Upsell premium services such as lounge access and priority boarding when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to support process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
