Job Overview:

Zell Education is looking for a dynamic and strategic Affiliate Marketing Executive to expand our brand reach through influencer collaborations, college partnerships, and other affiliate marketing initiatives. If you're a creative, organized, and results-driven professional, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

???? Influencer & Affiliate Partnership Management

• Identify and onboard influencers, affiliates, and creators to collaborate with Zell Education.
• Conduct outreach and negotiate collaboration deals to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with college SPOCs (Single Points of Contact) and affiliates.

???? Content & Script Development

• Create scripts and content outlines to align with Zell Education’s messaging.
• Work with the content & design teams to develop engaging material for lead nurturing & marketing campaigns.

???? Project Management & Communication

• Set and manage deadlines with influencers & partners for timely content delivery.
• Prepare and oversee MOUs (Memorandums of Understanding) to formalize agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

???? Lead Nurturing & Content Creation

• Design and implement content-driven strategies to nurture leads generated from collaborations.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written communication to engage with influencers, college representatives & internal teams.
✔ Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, partnerships & deadlines effectively.
✔ Excel & Data Analysis: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to track ROI & collaboration records.
✔ Content Writing: Ability to craft compelling scripts & content tailored to different audiences.
✔ Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Spark, and social media content formats.
