Role/ Job Title: Acquisition RM – NRI

Function/ Department: Branch Banking

Job Purpose

The incumbent will work in a field role aligned to the NRI Banking Vertical and report to the regional NRI Field Leadership. The primary responsibility is to attract new customers for the bank in the assigned location. This role also involves working with various stakeholders in the region and the NRI business vertical to develop and implement local customer acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Drive customer acquisition numbers for the designated location.
✔ Monitor and evaluate sales targets and performance, initiating corrective actions for sales excellence.
✔ Develop and execute local market customer acquisition strategies.
✔ Foster customer relationships to attract new NRI customers.
✔ Build and maintain relationships with local B2B partners to acquire new customers.
✔ Collaborate with the local branch network and NRI Business vertical to convert leads into customers.
✔ Provide feedback to local field leadership on customer needs and market trends.
✔ Develop the ability to engage customers and build trust through telephonic conversations.
