Key Responsibilities

✔ Follow up with customers for timely payments
✔ Upload invoices & documents on customer portals
✔ Ensure invoices comply with company & customer policies
✔ Coordinate with branches for document collection & verification
✔ Ensure branches submit accurate & complete invoice documents
✔ Resolve discrepancies & missing information with branch teams
✔ Maintain records of invoices, payments & pending dues
✔ Generate reports on aging invoices & outstanding payments
✔ Assist finance in account reconciliation & dispute resolution
✔ Address invoice-related queries from customers & teams
✔ Ensure adherence to company policies & regulations
✔ Improve efficiency in invoicing & document submission

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience using Spectrum software will be given preference.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Minimum Qualification: B.Com
???? Experience: Minimum 1 year
???? Candidates who have attempted CA Foundation/Intermediate are also welcome.

Salary & Benefits

???? Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
