Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to manage and optimize our costing, pricing, and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, experienced with Zoho accounting software, and skilled in vendor pricing management to ensure cost efficiency and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

???? Cost Accounting & Analysis
✔ Analyze and track product/service costs for accurate financial reporting.
✔ Maintain and update costing models in Excel and Zoho.
✔ Conduct variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
✔ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to costs.

???? Excel & Zoho Accounting Management
✔ Utilize advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) for data analysis.
✔ Manage and reconcile cost-related transactions in Zoho Books/Zoho Inventory.
✔ Generate and analyze cost reports and dashboards using Excel and Zoho.

???? Vendor Pricing & Procurement Support
✔ Manage and update vendor pricing databases.
✔ Track price changes, supplier agreements, and cost negotiations.
✔ Ensure vendor pricing aligns with cost control and budgeting objectives.
✔ Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize supplier selection.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ 2+ years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
✔ Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and Zoho (Books, Inventory, Analytics).
✔ In-depth understanding of costing principles, vendor pricing, and inventory management.
✔ Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
✔ Experience in manufacturing, retail, or service-based industries is a plus.
